Burkina Faso - ORGANIC
When cashews are cracked and peeled, there are always some kernels that break into pieces. Though this doesn’t affect their taste, it does affect their value. You can use the broken kernels in the same way as the whole ones.
Store nuts and seeds in a cool, dark place in a tightly closed container. Make sure that the container is as airtight as possible so that moisture is kept away from the nuts. You can also freeze nuts and seeds, which will extend their shelf life by several months.
