This spaghetti pasta comes from the Sicilian cooperative Libera Terra. The pasta is made in "al bronzo", which means that it is pressed through a bronze mould. This gives it a rough surface and a dense structure. This type of pasta lends itself perfectly to "al dente" cooking and sauces adhere to it better.
Store in a cool and dry place.
