Physalis

Since berry fruits generally do not have a long shelf life, gebana only offers physalis in its dried form. The fruits come from several cooperatives in the Andes of Peru and are neither treated with sulphur nor mixed with sugar. They are both sour like a lemon and sweet like an orange.
