"Extra virgin" quality
Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. The oil has an intense character with a slight sharpness that is typical of olive oil from Palestine. For every litre of oil sold, an additional 2 Swiss francs goes to local agricultural, medical and social projects.
Olive oil can be kept for at least 2.5 years in an unopened canister at 12 to 17°C. After opening, you should consume it within 9 months. We recommend that you pour the oil into smaller, airtight and opaque containers to prevent oxidation and degradation caused by light. Only transfer a small amount of oil into a jar or a glass bottle for immediate consumption.
