House blend coffee
500 g ground coffee or 1 kg beans, 100 per cent arabica, medium roast
Medium roast arabica coffee. 70 per cent of the beans are sourced from family farmers in Mexico, 30 per cent from Peru. The beans are roasted weekly, so you always get fresh quality. Scent: nutty, chocolate. Aroma: fruity, marzipan, honey, low acidity. The ground coffee can be used in any coffee maker.
Store the coffee in an airtight container. A porcelain or ceramic container is ideal, but a plastic container will also work well. Store the container in a cool, dark and dry place. If possible, use up the beans within 2 to 6 weeks of receiving them. Only grind enough beans for the coffee you want to brew right away. Use up the ground coffee within 2 weeks of receiving it as the aroma will start to fade after that.
