Delivery in February and March

These sweet and very juicy Navelina oranges come from around 40 family farmers in the Argolis region. When sorting them, the farmers don’t follow meaningless standards such as colour, shape and size. Every delivery can therefore contain fruits that vary in appearance and are sometimes green. The colour only changes when it gets colder than 12 °C at night.

13 kilos is approximately 39-78 oranges. The numbers are so variable because the trees grow different sized fruits depending on their location and the weather, and we don't sort the fruits according to size.

Stored in a cool place, oranges will keep for about four weeks. If you store the fruit on the balcony or on the terrace, protect it from frost with a blanket or in a polystyrene box. Check your oranges for bruises and minor damage as soon as you receive them. Eat these ones first. If you find mould, remove the affected fruit.

OLGA AGGELENAFARMER FROM GREECE
In my experience, small oranges taste sweeter and better than large ones.

Farmers in the Argolida region such as Olga Aggelena have faced a fundamental issue for many years: falling prices and no reliable buyers for organic products. In 2010, Giorgos Stergiou, his sister Lili and Raphael Sacher founded Anyfion with the goal of solving this very problem. We have invested in the company and are bringing their high-quality lemons, grapefruits, pomegranates, melons and kiwis from the Argolida region to the European market.
