The Libera Terra cooperative cultivates the durum wheat used to produce this couscous on land that once belonged to the Mafia, which was later seized by Italian authorities. The bulk of their produce comes from the Sicily, Calabria, Apulia and Campania regions. The couscous is pre-cooked and takes just 5 minutes to prepare.
Store the couscous in a sealed container to protect it from moisture and pests. When stored in a cool and dry place, the couscous will keep for at least a year.
