Sour-tasting yet sweeter than those from Turkey
These organic apricots grow wild in the Karakoram Mountains of Pakistan. They are smaller and sometimes harder than their cultivated counterparts, but have a more intense and rather sour taste. These organic sun-dried apricots are neither sulphurated nor sweetened. Compared to our wild apricots from Turkey, they are slightly sweeter, harder and drier, with a whitish sugar coating on the outside.
